Ultra High Pressure Water Blasting

To spot UHP Blast corroded areas on the Tubes, Walkways, Jetty Bridge Sides, Jetty Bridge Stiffeners and the RSJ’s on the underside

of the Jetty Bridge to remove rust from areas that need attention.

Walkways to include Handrails, Handrail Frames and Walkway Supports.

Paint Application

Tubes, Walkways, Jetty Bridge Sides, Jetty Bridge Stiffeners and the RSJ’s on the underside of the Jetty Bridge.

To apply 1 stripe coat of Jotun’s Jotamastic 90 to the blasted areas on these items.

Then to apply 2 full coats of Jotun’s Marathon 550 to achieve a dft of 400 microns.


Handrails and Handrail Frames

To apply 1 stripe coat of Jotun’s Jotamastic 90 to the Handrails and the Handrail frames.

To apply 1 full coat of Jotun’s Jotamastic 90 to the Handrails and the Handrail Frames.

Then to apply 1 full coat of Jotun’s Hardtop in colour as per customer specification
